After living in Schenectady for 4 years, I finally decided to lay down roots and begin the search for a home.  After an initial encounter looking at a fixer upper I had seen online, I had the fortunate experience to be connected to Jonie Civill, which made all the difference in my home search. Jon Civill recently completed a sale of my cottage by the Mohawk River. This was a difficult property to sell as it was a small cottage with one bedroom. It appealed to a limited market.
